For stock goods, we'll ship the same day for all orders received by noon PST. For made-to-order goods, be sure to get in touch with us.

Sure we will. We can make just about anything for you. Unfortunately, some made to order goods may not be returnable. Some are returnable, so please contact us to learn more.

Get in touch with us. We'll give you a return code and other details to be sure it's processed quickly after it arrives back in our warehouse. As long as your return is in unused condition, we're happy to give you store credit of a refund.

Whenever possible, we like to keep the aged character of the leather- each scuff adds a little more. When a deeper cleaning is necessary, we like to use a brush or dry cloth, just a bit damp if dry doesn't do the trick. If your leather really needs a good polishing- on full grain leather, we use Fiebings neutral leather balm with atom wax. Anything suede, nubuck or other open grain leather, I'd probably just use one of those brushes. I use that brush or a cloth on fabric as well. As with anything, be sure to test whatever you do in an inconspicuous area to be sure you avoid damage.

We work with large factories and small studios worldwide. We personally inspect each factory, so you can rest assured. We come from a manufacturing background ourselves.

Colors shown on screen can be different the actual color of the product. On top of that, natural materials won't always arrive exactly the same from the fabric mill or tannery.
